The company’s ,
production centre includes areas for the processing of the grapes, with a capacity of about 2000 hl in stainless steel vats for the actual vinification, 1000 hl in medium-sized wooden casks made of Allier and Slavonian oak and 600 hl in Allier-casks for the development of the wines; the bottling area and an underground gallery for the refining of the wines, for an annual production of 65,000 bottles.
All rooms are thermo-conditioned in order to allow a year round constant temperature of 18-20 degree Celsius. |
