Grappa di Brunello,
distilled from the still fragrant marc of the Sangiovese grapes produced by Talenti, with the classical system using a discontinuous steam-alembic. A young Grappa (not aged), transparent white, harmonious; with an intense and fine taste, with the evident flavour of grapes and fruit encased in a clean alcoholic note.
