Extra virgin olive oil,
made from Correggiolo and Moraiolo olives, harvested manually directly from the plant in November, cold pressed in a traditional oil-press with grindstones. Before bottling the oil is clarified by filtering through cotton. Oil with a very low acidity, yellow with green reflexes, it has the fresh and fragrant aroma of the olive. Harmonious taste, fruity, slightly almondy.
