Wines in the tradition of Montalcino,
(Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino) are produced with Sangiovese grapes, while the varieties Syrah, Canaiolo and Colorino as well as the ever present “Signor Sangiovese”, create the Talenti I.G.T.. All grapes are harvested in the company’s own vineyards, cultivated according to the best possible vine-growing techniques, with careful attention to all phenological phases, with cluster thinning at the end of July and another trimming during harvesting. This attention to detail in the vineyard makes the grapes rich in nutritional elements which unite with the soil and climatic characteristics and deliver the wines unique taste, bouquet and fragrance, thus producing high-quality wines by combining the strength of tradition with the innovative and dynamic style of modern oenology.
