The wines produced by this company, now managed by the young Riccardo Talenti, are always very good. Brunello di Montalcino 2003: dark ruby-red with garnet-coloured reflexes. Intense nose with mature fruit, such as currant and raspberry, with more stern notes of oak and tar. Meets you with a lot of potency and warmth, firm tannins, the alcohol is still evident, but in it’s complexity never excessive. Long finale, a very good traditional Brunello!
The Rosso di Montalcino 2006 is also a very interesting product.
