OOPS! - TOSCANA ROSATO

Made from Sangiovese grapes grown out of Montalcino area (220 m MSL). The soil is brown in color, with a clay-loam texture, calcareous plaques, and a rounded skeleton. The grapes undergo soft pressing, 48-hour decantation at 5°C, and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20°C to preserve the aromatic freshness. The wine has a pale pink color and a delicate aroma, rich in notes of fresh forest fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. On the palate, it is refreshing, with excellent balance and smoothness.
